Terms of use
By creating a Pickld account or using a club workspace you agree to these terms. Privacy and AI/video disclosures are at Privacy.
Accounts & clubs
You must provide accurate signup information and keep credentials private. Club membership is invite-first: admins invite members by email. Creating a club makes you responsible for that club's settings, invites, and content moderation.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload videos without the recorded players' agreement.
- Do not abuse AI features to harass members or exfiltrate other clubs' data.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, quotas, or consent gates.
- Keep Club Wallet records honest; Pickld is not a payment processor.
AI & third parties
Optional AI features use Google Gemini under your club's enablement setting. Booking availability may call external venue providers configured by the club. You authorize those transfers when the corresponding feature is used.
Availability
Pickld is provided as-is for club use. We may change features, suspend abuse, or revise these terms; material legal version bumps require a new acceptance where gated.
